After my research,
I have concluded that it almost really does not matter what you read, what you hear, what you discover, etc. Many people can perceive one concept a million different ways. In the instances of religion and philosophies, there are multiple concepts involved. You cannot take any one person’s perception of anything as the complete truth. Ultimately, no one really knows the complete truth. Something is simple as the word ‘dog’ has different meanings to different people. Some people do not consider very small dogs as real dogs. In Afrikaans, ‘dog’ means ‘but.’ When it comes to Scientology (any religion, really), you can try your best to understand what the concept is all about, but you have to give it a meaning yourself. What does it mean to you? Ask questions. Do your research. Go talk to the people involved. Everything in life has a different meaning to each person, you just have to collect as much information as you can, and attempt to understand as many views about it as you can, to develop your own ideals on the subject, and then try to give it a word or even a phrase to communicate your ideals to other people. That’s what it all boils down to, to me.
